At Suji Korea UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Be in a resalable condition.
- Include proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
